Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Casserole

This is a low carb, Keto friendly recipe that is perfect for meal prepping! I added a can of Rotel to this batch. It adds 1 carb per serving.


24 oz breakfast sausage
12 eggs
16 oz cheese
1 cup heavy cream


  1. Pre-Heat oven to 350
  2. Brown sausage
  3. Crack eggs into bowl
  4. Add heavy cream to eggs and mix together
  5. Add 3/4 of the cheese to the mixture
  6. Add sausage
  7. Spray cooking dish with non-stick spray
  8. Pour mixture into cooking dish
  9. Spread evenly
  10. Add remainder of cheese on top
  11. Cook at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes
  12. Take out of oven and let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
  13. Enjoy!
