Fathead Pizza – Keto Friendly / Low Carb

Fathead pizza is delicious, low carb, and Keto friendly. You can switch it up and use Alfredo sauce instead, and put some grilled chicken on top, it is also delicious.


3/4 cups Almond flour
3 cups Mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 egg
20 pepperoni slices (or as little or as much as you want, adjust macros accordingly)


  1. Pre-Heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Add 1 3/4 cups of cheese to mixing bowl
  3. Add cream cheese to bowl
  4. Add almond flour
  5. Lightly mix
  6. Microwave for 1 minute
  7. Mix
  8. Microwave for 30 seconds
  9. Mix
  10. Add egg
  11. Add oregano
  12. add garlic powder
  13. Mix
  14. Sprat hands with non-stick spray
  15. Mix together well with hands
  16. Form a ball
  17. Place on cooking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper and begin to press ball into a circle
  18. Place another parchment paper on top and press into bigger, thinner circle
  19. Remove top parchment paper
  20. Poke holes in dough to prevent bubbling (important!)
  21. Place in oven
  22. Cook for 12 minutes at 425 degrees
  23. Remove from oven
  24. Flip
  25. Spread pizza sauce on top
  26. Sprinkle most of cheese on top
  27. Add pepperoni slices
  28. Add remainder of cheese on top
  29. Place in oven
  30. Cook for 5 minutes at 425 degrees
  31. Broil for 2 minutes to get the cheese nice and melted
  32. Remove from oven
  33. Let sit before cutting
  34. Enjoy!
