These pizza chips are very simple to make and quick too! These are a great low carb snack that even my non keto niece and nephews love!
Cook then for 12 minutes for a softer pizza like texture or cook them 13 to 14 minutes for a crisp chip like texture.
5 oz mozzarella cheese
20 pepperoni slices
Italian seasoning to taste
1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
2. Line cooking sheet (or pizza pan) with parchment paper
3. Spread cheese evenly on parchment paper
4. Sprinkle cheese with italian seasoning to taste
5. Add pepperonis
6. Cook for 12-14 minutes (12 for softer, 13-14 for crispy)
7. Remove from oven
